When available
The command returns the documented result for !suggestions reply: Reply to a suggestion and update its status.
When unavailable
- If !suggestions reply is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No community setting or member state is partially changed when validation fails.
- A temporary failure for !suggestions reply is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
