Terms of Service
Effective May 29, 2026. These terms govern use of the Abhi Discord bot, dashboard, billing tools, and support workflows.
Agreement
Use terms
By installing the bot, opening the dashboard, using commands, or approving billing actions, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Abhi
You must be allowed to manage the Discord server where you install or configure Abhi. If you act for an organization or community, you represent that you have authority to bind that server to these terms.
Discord platform rules
You must follow Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Policy, server rules, and all applicable laws when using the bot, dashboard, commands, automations, and integrations.
Plans, trials, and billing
Free plans, trials, paid checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment method collection may be handled by configured payment providers or Merchant-of-Record providers. Trial approval and feature access can be reviewed or revoked by owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use Abhi to spam, harass, evade Discord enforcement, collect data without permission, automate harmful activity, overload infrastructure, or bypass plan limits and access controls.
Service changes
Features may change as Discord APIs, provider integrations, safety requirements, and operational needs evolve. We may update modules, limits, pricing, or access requirements with reasonable notice where practical.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, unpaid invoices, security risk, platform-policy violations, or requests from authorized server owners. Removing the bot may disable server-specific features.
Limits
Disclaimers and liability
Abhi is provided as an operations tool and does not replace server staff judgment, Discord moderation, legal advice, accounting advice, or emergency services.
The service depends on Discord APIs, hosting providers, databases, payment providers, and network availability. Some interruptions are outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period connected to the claim.
Questions and updates
We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or Discord platform changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
