- The related module must be enabled.

Expected behavior
Success and unavailable states
When available
The command returns the documented result for /role: Manage member roles, bulk role operations, and temporary roles.
When unavailable
- If /role cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No community setting or member state is partially changed when validation fails.
- A temporary failure for /role is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
