- No additional staff permission is required.
- Availability depends on the server's current service access.

Success and unavailable states
When available
The command returns the documented result for /poll: Create and manage polls.
When unavailable
- If /poll is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No community setting or member state is partially changed when validation fails.
- A temporary failure for /poll is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
