When available
The command returns the documented result for !onboarding welcome: Set the welcome message and channel.
When unavailable
- If !onboarding welcome cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No community setting or member state is partially changed when validation fails.
- A temporary failure for !onboarding welcome is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
