Success and unavailable states
When available
The command returns the documented result for /messages: Open and manage Universal Message Center templates.
When unavailable
- If /messages cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No community setting or member state is partially changed when validation fails.
- A temporary failure for /messages is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
