Separate operational and account access
Staff can run configured workflows without receiving billing ownership or destructive account controls. Keep those responsibilities assigned to the Discord server owner or explicit billing owner.
Handoff checklist
- Document the channels and roles used by each enabled module.
- Confirm staff can open the relevant dashboard route.
- Test one normal action and one permission-denied state.
- Explain where receipts, audit entries, and failed jobs appear.
- Keep destructive and billing actions with named owners.
