Room lifecycle
Configure the join hub, room template, limits, and cleanup behavior. Staff can review active rooms and reconcile stale Discord state.
Access requests
Consent-based movement and join requests fail closed when member or channel state cannot be verified.
Permissions
Administrative setup requires Discord channel permissions. Member controls remain bounded to the room and action the workflow owns.
