Prices and currency
The live module catalog is authoritative. New modules use USD per server per month. Free retains its existing tools and retention. Choose individual Community upgrades or Community Complete, which includes seven standard modules. Verified Access and AI are separate; Complete does not include either. Retail AI credits are not available.
Review the single recurring subtotal before continuing. Taxes and discounts are confirmed at checkout. Included workflow dependencies do not add separate subscriptions. Overlapping allowances use the highest included allowance, not a sum. Choosing Complete never silently replaces individual selections.
Existing subscriptions retain their price, currency, billing interval and configuration. Supported module changes take effect at the next confirmed billing date after explicit review. A currency, yearly or provider migration needs a separate review. Removing Verified Access requires an access handoff; it does not automatically remove or unlock Discord roles.
Account permissions
Subscription and invoice details are limited to the Discord server owner, the assigned billing owner, or an authorized platform billing operator.
When pricing is degraded
If the live catalog is unavailable, refresh before reviewing a change. A checkout request does not confirm payment or access. Continue the original hosted checkout when available. A pending or unknown provider outcome must be reconciled before another request; starting a new checkout can create a duplicate payment attempt.
Saved data, privacy/export, deletion and recovery remain available after downgrade. Account & Billing includes message delivery recovery: staff confirm an exact existing server message and its intended content without sending it again. Private DM delivery requires separate investigation.
