Export and deletion

Use workspace export, analytics purge, and deletion controls with clear lifecycle boundaries.

Distinct actions

Export, analytics purge, workspace reset, bot removal, and account deletion are separate operations. Read the preview and impact summary for the exact action you select.

Export delivery

Authorized administrators can request an export of server configuration. File delivery may require support, even when the request is marked completed. Confirm that the export is available and open it before starting deletion.

Workspace deletion

Scheduling deletion requires server-management and billing-account authority, plus typed confirmation. A scheduled request has a grace period and still needs enabled processing. Contact support if it remains scheduled after that period; unresolved verification cleanup can also require review.

Completion marks the workspace deleted. Some stored records remain, so this workflow does not promise immediate erasure of every record.

Before a destructive action

  • Obtain and check any export you need to retain.
  • Review queued jobs and unresolved operational work.
  • Confirm the selected Discord server and typed confirmation text.
  • Keep the request and audit references returned by the operation.

Removing the bot from a server does not by itself revoke a Discord user token or delete every platform record.
