Send a structured support request

Use this form for issues that need investigation. Do not include tokens, passwords, payment details, or unredacted member exports.

What should I include?

Tell us which server, page, or command is affected, what happened, and when. Redact private member data from screenshots. Never share passwords, bot tokens, or payment details.
