When available
The command returns the documented result for /timeout: Applies a Discord timeout to a member for a specified duration.
When unavailable
- If /timeout is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No moderation action is applied when hierarchy, target state, or evidence requirements are not satisfied.
- A temporary failure for /timeout is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
