When available
The command returns the documented result for /ticketinfo: Show details for a ticket by ID or current channel.
When unavailable
- If /ticketinfo is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No ticket or support state is changed when the request is no longer valid or the configured support workflow is unavailable.
