When available
The command returns the documented result for !sticker info: Display detailed information about a sticker.
When unavailable
- If !sticker info cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.

- A temporary failure for !sticker info is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
