When available
The command returns the documented result for /sticker: Manage server stickers (use subcommands for upload/url/steal).
When unavailable
- If /sticker cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No partial change is applied when the command input or current server state is invalid.
- A temporary failure for /sticker is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
