Success and unavailable states
When available
The command returns the documented result for /reopen: Reopen a closed ticket by ticket ID, user, or current channel context.
When unavailable
- If /reopen is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No ticket or support state is changed when the request is no longer valid or the configured support workflow is unavailable.
- A temporary failure for /reopen is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
