Success and unavailable states
When available
The command returns the documented result for /inactivemails: Displays a list of currently inactive (unresponded) mail channels.
When unavailable
- If /inactivemails is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No ticket or support state is changed when the request is no longer valid or the configured support workflow is unavailable.
- A temporary failure for /inactivemails is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
