When available
The command returns the documented result for !emoji upload: Add an emoji from an uploaded image.
When unavailable
- If !emoji upload cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No partial change is applied when the command input or current server state is invalid.
- A temporary failure for !emoji upload is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
