When available
The command returns the documented result for !dock catalog: List available Server Dock counters.
When unavailable
- If !dock catalog cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No restricted activity detail is disclosed when the caller lacks access or the requested data is outside retention.
- A temporary failure for !dock catalog is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
