When available
The command returns the documented result for !channel unlock: Unlocks a channel.
When unavailable
- If !channel unlock cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No moderation action is applied when hierarchy, target state, or evidence requirements are not satisfied.
- A temporary failure for !channel unlock is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
