When available
The command returns the documented result for /channel: Manage channel settings.
When unavailable
- If /channel cannot be applied, Abhi explains the missing server permission, module, plan, or service state.
- No moderation action is applied when hierarchy, target state, or evidence requirements are not satisfied.
- A temporary failure for /channel is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
