Success and unavailable states
When available
The command returns the documented result for !ask: Ask the AI a free-form question.
When unavailable
- If !ask is blocked, Abhi explains the missing staff permission or server setting before any action is applied.
- No AI request is sent when the server policy, rate limit, content boundary, or service state blocks it.
- A temporary failure for !ask is reported without silently claiming success and can be retried safely.
